Easter Bunny Little Moments Card

Easter Bunny Card Class, Card 3

Easter Bunny Little Moments Card

We are on to the last card from my Weekly Card Class From ME, featuring the Easter Bunny Bundle by Stampin’ Up!. I have had so much fun creating sweet bunny cards this week and sharing them with you!

And perhaps this is the best card for last, it was certainly very popular with my crafty friends. Want to see another bunny card that features the color purple? Click here. I would love to know which card is your favorite!

Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather & Sahara Sand

Once again, I have paired purple and brown to great success. This time, I chose softer versions of each, to make my Easter Bunny Little Moments Card more serene. While the Gorgeous Grape pops with brightness, the complimentary colors of Highland Heather and Sahara Sand blend in so well.

The Tools of the Trade

You will notice that this card has a lot of very easy to cut rectangles and squares. And layers…my favorite!

So to break all of that up (and to give my bunny a spotlight feature), I chose a handful of items to give this card some depth and decor.

The bunny featured in this card is just 1 of 3 bunny images in the Easter Bunny Stamp Set. I stamped my bunny in Memento Black Ink and colored him in with an assortment of Stampin’ Blends. I shared my coloring tips in my cardmaking demo. See the video here.

Color Swap Easter Bunny Card

Every Wednesday, on my FaceBook Group Page, Positive PaperCrafters, I have a feature called ‘Who Wore It Better Wednesday’. And I take a card that I recently made and create the same recipe, but in different colors. Then, everyone gets to vote for their favorite, or who they think “wore it better”.

My Easter Bunny Little Moments Card is my Color Swap Card. And this time, my color choices were So Saffron, Smoky Slate and Basic Gray. I also changed my bunny’s color from brown to gray. If you look closely, you will see the other changes I made too!

Two-Tone Flora Hello Card

Two-Tone Flora Hello Card

Two-Tone Flora Card Class, Card 1

With a new week, comes a new Card Class From ME! This time I chose the beautiful Two-Tone Flora Bundle to work with. This bundle is made up of the Two-Tone Flora Stamp Set and the Two-Tone Flora Dies.

The Two-Tone Flora Stamp Set has plenty of flowers to choose from. It feels a little like spring is in the air during these last weeks of January, while I stamp pretty flowers in pretty colors. In fact, I talked about the amazing suite of products in another blog post. Click here to see it.

Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper

Dainty Flowers DSP

While my card is simple in its color palette (white with blue and green) the designer series paper I chose really makes an impact. The Dainty Flowers DSP is a current Sale-A-Bration freebie, one you may choose to get with a $50 qualifying order.

Everyone is loving this beautiful paper for the lovely spring-like flowers that abound. However, I actually chose the very darkest pattern available for my card! The dark Starry Sky tone helps my unusual colored flowers to stand boldly against a white background.

Simple Elements, Simply Elegant

Perhaps the beauty of this card lies in simplicity. Without making all the elements busy, the Two-Tone Flora flowers really have a chance to shine. I chose the 2022-2024 In Colors, Orchid Oasis and Starry Sky, to do my flower stamping with. And the leaves look lovely in Pear Pizzazz.

Besides the Two-Tone Flora Dies (which make die cutting all the flowers and leaves a breeze!), I also chose a couple more items from my craft supplies to lend some support to this Two-Tone Flora Hello Card.

Basic Borders Dies

Basics Borders Dies

Sometimes the best products you can own for cardmaking are ones that will work with any project. That is just what these Basic Borders Dies will do. I used a die from this set for my White Cardstock panel, but the reality is, I could have used any die from this set.

Happy Labels Pick A Punch

Happy Labels Pick A Punch

Besides basic dies, I also love basic punches! The new Happy Labels Pick A Punch is just fantastic for sentiment pieces or accent pieces, like the one in my card in Starry Sky Cardstock. With this style of punch, you get to choose from 2 decorative ends and can create 3 different sized labels. That is great value for one craft room staple.
